Return Policy

This policy explains when and how you can return a gift hamper or request a refund.

Return Period

You may request a return within 14 days of receipt for items that are faulty, damaged in transit or not as described. For change-of-mind returns, we may accept returns within 7 days if the hamper is unopened and in resaleable condition; please contact us first.

Conditions for Return

Returns may be accepted where the hamper or its contents are faulty, damaged in transit or not as described. Perishable or personalised items may be subject to different conditions. Items must be returned in their original packaging where possible.

Cost of Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (faulty, damaged or not as described), we will cover the cost of return delivery. For change-of-mind or other returns, the customer is responsible for the cost of sending the item back unless we agree otherwise.

Return Process

Contact us via the contact page with your order details and reason for return. We will advise whether a return is accepted and provide instructions for sending the item back. You may be asked to provide photos. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process any refund in accordance with this policy.

Non-Returnable Items

Perishable goods, personalised or custom-made items, and items that have been opened or used may not be eligible for return. We will confirm eligibility when you contact us.

General Legal Requirements

This policy is provided in addition to your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (CGA) and the Fair Trading Act 1986 (New Zealand). Under the CGA, goods must be of acceptable quality, fit for purpose and match their description. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights.

Order Cancellation Policy

You may request to cancel an order before it has been dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, our return process applies. Contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel.

Refund Procedure

If a return is accepted, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 14 business days of receiving the returned item (or of confirming the refund where no return is required). Delivery costs may not be refunded unless the fault was ours.
